Summary

The Value Orchestrator sits at the intersection of client value management and delivery excellence. This is a hybrid, client-facing consulting role for someone who can hold the client outcome thread from discovery through to value realisation, whilst simultaneously running the operational machinery that makes delivery happen.

Purpose

As we grow, we are expanding our delivery capability to support more clients and more complex engagements. The Value Orchestrator is a critical hire in this expansion: the role exists to ensure that every engagement we run is both well-delivered and genuinely valuable, and that our clients feel the difference.

You are not a project manager in the traditional sense. You own the value thread: making sure the work being built is the right work, that it is progressing at the right pace, and that the client understands and trusts what is happening at every stage.

This role will suit someone who brings genuine craft to delivery, has the technical literacy to engage with AI-native teams, and has the commercial maturity to manage senior client relationships with empathy and rigour.

We are open to candidates based in the UK or the Netherlands.

Key Accountabilities

1. Client Value and Outcomes

  • Work with other consultants to define and maintain value hypotheses for active engagements, ensuring all work is anchored to measurable business outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Don’t manage the scope through change request - manage it by attributing the impact of the requirements on the actual business drivers and KPIs. Drive clarity on vision and objectives with client leadership, translating strategy into workable and prioritised delivery scope
  • Track, evidence, and communicate value progress across the engagement, including to senior client stakeholders

2. Project and Programme Management

  • Own programme and project execution end-to-end: milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables orchestration
  • Manage client relationships across multiple seniority levels with discipline, clarity, and genuine care for the client's outcomes
  • Run delivery cadences, status reporting, and governance forums with consistency and precision
  • Identify and resolve blockers before they become problems, escalating with context when needed
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including consulting, engineering, and client-side stakeholders

3. AI-Native Execution

  • Apply generative AI and agentic tools actively in day-to-day work: planning, documentation, synthesis, and communications
  • Bring an informed practitioner perspective on how AI applies to client challenges, not as a technologist, but as someone who understands both the domain and the tooling
  • Contribute to our evolving delivery playbooks, templates, and accelerators, helping the firm learn from every engagement

4. Internal Learning and Contribution

  • Invest in your own continued development in the AI domain, staying current with tools, methods, and emerging practice
  • Share relevant learning with the wider team and contribute to our internal knowledge base
  • Participate actively in ways-of-working improvement, bringing what you learn on engagements back into the firm

Profile

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years across any of the disciplines of product management, programme or project management, value management in a consulting or technology environment
  • Proven ability to build and operate value realisation or business case frameworks, not just describe them
  • Strong delivery track record across complex, multi-workstream programmes with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Familiarity with data, AI and ML concepts sufficient to hold credible client conversations and participate meaningfully in technical scoping
  • Experience managing client relationships at senior level with commercial awareness

  • Programmes you manage land on time, with risks surfaced early and resolved without escalation, and achieve planned business outcomes
  • Your AI tool usage is visible and infectious: colleagues and clients notice the quality and pace advantage it brings
  • Your contribution to internal playbooks and accelerators makes the next engagement run faster and better
