We are working alongside an international property investment company that is in the process of converting a 2,000 square meter property in the heart of the West End into a super-prime residence. The scheme involves a structural refurbishment and fit-out, incorporating the finest materials. They are currently recruiting for a talented Project Manager to work alongside the client and act as the number one on site.
The Project Manager will contribute at the highest level, taking responsibility for delivering the project safely, on time, and to the client’s satisfaction. They will ensure that all aspects of safety, environmental, quality, technical, and commercial management are implemented and maintained throughout the project, while building a close relationship with the client. The Project Manager will also drive and motivate the site team to achieve the highest possible standard of finish.
Our client is looking for someone who communicates well (with strong client-facing skills), is experienced in managing subcontractors, and can maximise and get the best out of direct labour. The successful candidate will have a strong background and be highly competent in delivering projects on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
Prerequisites include:

A construction-related degree
- Experience in working in super prime locations/residences

Main contractor or client-side experience, with strong attention to detail

Experience project managing high-end builds

Experience formulating precise short-term programmes
