We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong SailPoint IIQexpertise to join the delivery team for a major client engagement. You will support the client’s IAM team in onboarding priority applications onto their SailPoint IIQ solution, implementing and optimizing identity governance processes and ensuring compliance and security standards as they roll SailPoint IIQ out across the business.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong SailPoint IIQexpertise to join the delivery team for a major client engagement. You will support the client’s IAM team in onboarding priority applications onto their SailPoint IIQ solution, implementing and optimizing identity governance processes and ensuring compliance and security standards as they roll SailPoint IIQ out across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a core member of the application onboarding team responsible for rolling out SailPoint IIQ across the business.
  • Deliver technical configuration and customization of SailPoint IIQ components and connectors.
  • Collaborate with application owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues during implementation and BAU phases.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit standards in a highly regulated environment.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience with SailPoint IIQ in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, and access reviews.
  • Familiarity with common integrations such as Active Directory, HR systems, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ using out-of-the-box and custom connectors of all kinds (REST, SIM, JDBC, etc.).
  • Ability to work in regulated industries and align solutions with compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ideally SailPoint Engineer certified
