A growing, family-run Main Contractor is looking for a Technical Services Manager to help launch and shape their M&E offering.

The Role:
- Lead delivery of M&E packages on projects
- Work with clients, subcontractors & teams
- Build processes, systems & supply chain
- Support tenders, proposals & technical submissions
- Help create a preferred supplier network
- Act as the go-to M&E expert
You'll have:
- Experience in M&E / Building Services
- Contractor or M&E subcontractor background
- Strong technical knowledge
- Drive, ambition & a “build something” mindset
- CIBSE (or working towards) ideal
