Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/2nd Line Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Marlow. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.

Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/2nd Line Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Marlow. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.

This role is paying a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (please apply if you are looking for higher as I can get more for the right person) +10% bonus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install and configure operating systems and software
  • Maintaining PCs to company standards
  • Bug fixes

Required skills and experience:

  • Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Strong SCCM, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience in hardware fixes
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experienced working in a customer service role
