First Line Support/1st Line Support/Helpdesk Analyst required to work onsite five days a week. You will provide first line support on a bust helpdesk to multiple clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support to multiple clients.
  • Log calls through a ticketing system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previously provided 1st line IT support
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience SCCM (adventitious)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experienced working in a customer service role
