First Line Support/1st Line Support/Helpdesk Analyst required to work onsite five days a week. You will provide first line support on a bust helpdesk to multiple clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support to multiple clients.
- Log calls through a ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required skills and experience:
- Previously provided 1st line IT support
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience SCCM (adventitious)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experienced working in a customer service role
