We are looking for a CRM consultant who is able to undertake a small piece of discovery work on an ad-hoc basis to review the as-is set-up and propose a to-be scenario utising the existing systems. The to-be scenario needs to be a more integrated solution for commercial engagement with customers and improved user interface to increase sales and reduce drop out during the customer journey. 

Description

We are looking for a CRM consultant who is able to undertake a small piece of discovery work on an ad-hoc basis to review the as-is set-up and propose a to-be scenario utising the existing systems. The to-be scenario needs to be a more integrated solution for commercial engagement with customers and improved user interface to increase sales and reduce drop out during the customer journey. 

Specific steps to include:

1. Describe architecture of existing commercial systems and links between them, to include admission ticketing (Galaxy/Gateway); eCRM (Navision); ESP (Force24); on site retail (Cybertill); online retail (shopify); image sales and others as appropriate.

2. Consider technical options for more integrated solution in Museum environment (eg cross selling retail products related to ticket purchase; single basket for all purchases; single customer record; dynamic queries for marketing campaigns)

3. Draft roadmap to illustrate path from 1 to 2 including potential timelines & critical path; pros & cons of proposed options; scale of resource requirement;

The output to be a report setting out the above for consideration by management.

The role is outside IR35 and will be a hybrid on-site/remote working schedule, with workshops and important meetings being conducted on-site in Greenwich.
