Desktop Support Analyst/L2 Support/L3 Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Clonshaugh, Ireland. You will provide sescond and third line support in the office as well as on the phone.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide second and third line support
- Install and configure operating systems and software
- Maintaining PCs to company standards
- Bug fixes
Required skills and experience:
- Previously provided 2nd and 3rd line IT support
- Experience in hardware fixes
- SCCM
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experienced working in a customer service role
