Hubbado have the pleasure of supporting one of our Global clients for a Sales Manager role, we have this opportunity exclusively! Our client is a leader within Payments Technology and support different disciplines including Travel Payments, Fuel Card and Corporate Payments.
They require a Sales Manager to lead the existing team and more importantly grow the team. The business have a lot of growth plans over the next few years so there is great opportunity for progression.
The Team Leader will typically:
- Lead a single function in a smaller operation, including telesales and account
- Lead Team Agents
- Lead the day to day operational running of the team
- Engagement of Team members
- Retention of Team members
- All Team members have regular 121’s, performance reviews and development plans
- Sales targets (Telesales and Telematics)
- New business targets (Volume of apps, Trading past 3 months)
- Customer satisfaction targets
- Keep up to date on market knowledge, competitors and new services and passing
knowledge on to the team
- Lead and motivate the Team to achieve success through establishing clear
expectations of performance, reviewing individual and team progress and taking
proactive action to bring performance back in line where required
- Provide leadership, development and coaching of Team Agents. Actively engage and
support the development of the team to ensure improved performance and
