Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/2nd Line Support/EUC required to work onsite five days a week. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone.

This is a part-time role that will require you in the office in Frankfurt, Germany on a Tuesday and a Thursday. This will be a monthly rolling contract at a day rate €250 to €300 a day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install and configure operating systems and software
  • Maintaining PCs to company standards
  • Bug fixes

Required skills and experience:

  • Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT support
  • Strong SCCM, Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience in hardware fixes
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experienced working in a customer service role
