Collaborate effectively and organize work with a wide spectrum of people to help design and deliver customer provisioning and assurance capabilities for all of our fixed line and mobile telephony services.

Role & Responsibility: -

  • Design and deliver optimal business solutions to customer activation requirements on time and to budget.
  • Develop and maintain awareness of changes in organisational products and network equipment to be able to assess the possible impacts on provisioning the network.
  • Be able to step in and help resolve issues and provide domain expertise on N2BI provisioning systems as well as network activation.
  • Run the Network Activation Platform
  • Be responsible for the design and development of new provisioning workflows.
  • Support the drive for continuous improvement in design, test and delivery processes including the introduction of CI/CD

 

Experience: -

  • Practical experience of provisioning customers into fixed and mobile telecommunications networks.
  • Experience of working in, and with, agile development teams.
  • Java, or similar, procedural language programming skills
  • Good knowledge of relational and unstructured database query languages.
  • A good working knowledge of mobile and fixed line network architectures.
  • Working knowledge of cloud architectures and systems.
