  • As a member of the Targeted Advertising team, you’ll help drive decision making using the power of data and insights
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing campaign run across various Platforms
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to reach a deep understanding of their business areas
  • Work with them analytical projects - develop hypotheses to explore avenues of opportunity
  • Be able to summarise your findings in a commercial focused and actionable way. You should be able to articulate reasons for good and bad performance in segments of our base and any relevant improvement actions which could apply
  • Oversee the implementation of your insights – you will often work right through from the ideas stage to seeing it become a reality



  • End to End Analytics: Deep and extensive experience in carrying out end-to-end analytics projects

Essential criteria:-

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant analytical role
  • Strong numerical acumen
  • Experience using a breadth of analytical tools, E.g., SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, GCP
  • Previous experience in advanced data manipulation in SQL
  • Hands-on experience (minimum of working knowledge) of segmentation techniques and predictive algorithms
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft office suite of products, specifically Excel & Power Point
  • Experience of a using data and insights in a large-scale consumer retail business E.g. media, telco, financial services, gaming.

Desirable criteria:

  • Degree level qualification in a numerate discipline
  • Statistical modelling experience using regression, chaid or decision trees
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms and technology
