Business (Process) Analyst

 

Roles:

The role is for a Business (Process) Analyst to deliver the processes and templates to support the Group Security Operations Centre. The role is based on-site 5 days a week but will require occasional travel to Italy and Germany.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Group Security Operations Centre (Italy, Germany and United Kingdom)
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Identify issues and risks and raise as necessary to management
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Track existing processes and report on the levels of adherence
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review

 

Requirements and qualifications:

 

  • Previous working experience as a Business (Process) Analyst for a minimum of 3 years
  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies including DSDM and waterfall.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Data-driven approach
  • Domain knowledge of Cyber Security system and frameworks is desirable
