Desktop Support Analyst/Second Line Support/L2 Support required to work onsite five days a week with a large global business based in Dublin. You will provide desktop support in the office as well as on the phone. This role is paying a salary of €40,000 to €43,000 (depending on experience) +10% bonus. Key responsibilities: Install and configure operating systems and software Maintaining PCs to company standards Bug fixes Required skills and experience: Previously provided 1st and 2nd line IT support Strong SCCM, Active Directory and Exchange Experience in hardware fixes Excellent telephone manner Experienced working in a customer service role
